This kit is designed to have with you at all times. Containing 8 holistic remedies, a  natural and eco-friendly herbal oil to help physical and emotional wellbeing. The essential oils are 100% pure so you only need to use a small amount. Directions inside.

OnGuard: 

- Helps support the immune system from seasonal or environmental threats.

- Place 1 bead or drop under tongue, rub between palms to inhale or gargle with water.

Contains wild orange, clove, cinnamon, eucalyptus and rosemary essential oils.

Lavender: 

- Aids relaxation and sleep.

- Rub 1 drop into palms and inhale or onto pillow at night. Also soothes cuts and burns if mixed with peppermint.

Contains lavender essential oil.

Peppermint: 

- Helps relieve head and neck tension if rubbed onto the temples.

- Aids in lowering a fever if rubbed along spine. Helps you to be more alert. Also, soothes cuts and burns if mixed with lavender.

Contains peppermint essential oil.

Lemon: 

- A great disinfectant and helps with digestion and detoxifying the liver.

- Dilute 1 drop in water and drink every morning. Also helps with allergies if mixed with Lavender and Peppermint above.

Contains lemon essential oil.

Air: 

- Relieves occasional congestion and supports healthy respiratory function.

- Rub one drop between palms and inhale or rub on the chest.

Contains laurel, eucalyptus, peppermint, melaleuca, lemon, cardamon and ravensara essential oils.

Melaleuca: 

-Helps heal skin infections (teatree)

- Rub 1 drop onto infected area or bottom of the feet. Gargle 1 drop diluted in water to soothe a sore throat.

Contains melaleuca essential oil.

ZenGest:

-  Aids with digestion and stomach issues.

- Drink 1 drop diluted in water or rub on stomach.

Contains anise, peppermint, ginger, caraway, coriander, tarragon and fennel essential oils.

Frankincence: 

- Helps to ease inflammation and enhances all of the oils.

- Mix 1 drop with any of the above.

Contains frankincense essential oil.
