Bergamot: “The cuddle oil” It has been proven that helps the brain and the body secretes the same hormones that an actual cuddle does!
It is quite citrusy and widely used in aromatherapy to reduce stress and anxiety. It is best used by inhaling from the bottle or rubbing it into the palms. It also works well with a diffuser.
Serenity: Calming and relaxing. It is best used topically by massage into the body with a carrier oil. Helps for those feelings of not being able to switch off or very agitated. Even better a couple of drops in a bath.
