Lemon: 

- A great disinfectant and helps with digestion and detoxifying the liver.

- Dilute 1 drop in water or use a toothpick that has been immersed in the oil.

Contains lemon essential oil. 

Zendocrine:

- Helps to rid the body of toxins and free radicals. For health of many organs, including the liver, colon, kidneys and lungs

- Drink 1-2 drops diluted in water before food or mixed in a healthy smoothy. Or a few drops can be placed in a veggie capsule with water and swallowed.

Contains Rosemary, Cilantro and Juniper Berry essential oils.

Grapefruit:

- It is renowned for its cleansing and purifying properties, especially in the gut.

- Drink 1-3 drops in a glass of water or can be mixed with a carrier oil (coconut) and rubbed over areas of cellulite.

Cilantro:

- Good for a heavy metal detox. For liver and kidney support and problems with gas or bloating.

- Apply a few drops to the bottoms of the feet morning and night. Or rub with a carrier oil over the tummy.
